JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Property Manager will be responsible for all company property
2. Responsible for the physical management of the property, including regular maintenance and emergency repairs.
3. Responsible for Managing the Budget/Maintaining Records
4. Accomplishes financial objectives by paying bills; forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.
5. Enforces occupancy policies and procedures by confronting violators.
6. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
7. Contract Management
8. Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
9. Secures property by contracting with security patrol service; installing and maintaining security devices; establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures; responding to emergencies
10. Maintains building systems by contracting for maintenance services; supervising repairs.
11. Generate necessary legal action, documents and process in accordance with State and Company guidelines.
12. Ensure that all service requests are recorded and communicated appropriately to maintenance.
13. Learn and ensure compliance with all company, local, state and safety rules.
14. Ensure that unsafe conditions are corrected in a timely manner.
